Background:
The subject property, previously a private access road shared by the Wekiva Landings Townhome community and the Wekiva Golf Club clubhouse, was dependent upon a Permanent Easement for Access; this property is now County-owned. It was acquired in 2021 and is part of the Wekiva Golf Club property and under the purview of Parks and Recreation. This Resolution designates a portion of this property to be used as public right-of-way. Parks and Recreation has provided their approval of this redesignation.
