Background:
M-2599-19/RTB provides design, permitting, bid phase and construction administration services for the construction of Fire Station #11
located 2721 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd., in Altamonte Springs.
Amendment #16 will provide additional construction administration and time extension required on the project until Final Completion is reached by the Contractor.

In a separate agreement (M-5281-23/RTB) with C.T. Hsu & Associates, P.A. the County has agreed to pay for expert witness services in the amount of $28,500.
This is a budgeted project and funds are available in Fire Station 11 Altamonte (Account #02005049.560650.00001) with the approval of BAR #24-046 in the Fire Protection Fund to transfer $106,500.00 from reserves. Fire Protection reserves are currently budgeted at $37.3 million.
Requested Action:
Staff requests that the Board approve Amendment #16 to M-2599-19/RTB - Architectural and Engineering Services for Seminole County Fire Station #11, authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Division to execute the Amendment and approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution implementing BAR #24-046 in the Fire Protection Fund to transfer $106,500 from reserves.
