Background:
Seminole County Animal Services needs a replacement autoclave machine utilized to sterilize equipment for surgical procedures. The current machine is 2 years past its life expectancy and is no longer able to be repaired by the company. This machine continues to run intermittently. In order to conduct surgery and have animals up for adoption, the autoclave machine must be replaced.
Emergency Procurement procedures were followed to acquire the capital asset via County P-Card on 12/29/23.
Requested Action:
