Background:
In 2014, Seminole County and New Tribes Missions, Inc. entered into an agreement for exchange of land.
It was brought to the County’s attention a scrivener’s error was discovered in the legal description. The plat for the property Seminole County was conveying to New Tribes Mission contained the incorrect page number. Therefore, a Corrective County Deed is required to resolve the error.
