RECOMMENDATION:  Based on the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order issued on April 28, 2022, the Code Enforcement Board issue an Order imposing a lien in the amount of $25,500.00 for 255 days of non-compliance from May 17, 2022, through and including January 26, 2023, and that the fine shall continue to accrue at $100.00 per day for each day the violation continues or is repeated after January 26, 2023.
