Background:
This parcel (No. 1-856) has been identified as being needed for a drainage easement necessary for the County’s Midway Drainage Improvement Project. The owners (Nathlie Jones And Ivan Williams, also known as Ivin Williams / Tax ID No. 33-19-31-507-0000-0110) of the property located at 2208 Broadway Street on the west side of Broadway Street, approximately 321± feet (0.06 miles) north of Midway Avenue, in Sanford, Florida, has agreed to sell and convey this drainage easement to Seminole County for the sum of $6,960.00, inclusive of all fees and costs.
The parent property is improved with a single-family residence and ancillary improvements and consists of 0.18± acres of land. The County’s valuation of this acquisition is $3,800.00, a portion of which includes the cost to cure to make the owner whole. The County’s incentivized offer amount was $6,960.00, which was accepted by the owner, inclusive of all fees and costs.
